

Meanwhile, Kidd is getting call after call from Grant and then when she gets a text message that doesn’t make sense, she calls back. Borelli is still really upset about what happened that day and he doesn’t say much, he just leaves his office. When the inspector is leaving, Dawson tells him that she was in a jam and she knows that there is still a lot of work that has to be done, but her firehouse family made a miracle happen today and that’s only the start of the love that Louie has to look forward to.īoden has Borelli come in to talk to him about Danny and he tells him that he wants Borelli to take his brother’s badge number and he would be formally presented at a memorial for him. Some things don’t go as planned, a cabinet door falls off, the faucet is making funny noises and the handle on the window falls off. When the inspector comes, they are all still in the process of cleaning. They have to call in reinforcements, pretty much everyone from 51 is there to help them clean it up and get it ready for the inspection. The problem is they only have four hours to fix it before the home inspector for DCFS comes to check it out. Herrmann and Dawson decide that they are too crunched for time to wait for the realtor to find something else so they are going to fix up the in-law apartment at Herrmann’s. The realtor is supposed to be meeting with Dawson at Molly’s for her to sign the lease for her new apartment, but she has some bad news, the landlord has decided to have his daughter move into the apartment. He starts saying some really nasty things to her because he now knows why she isn’t going to his gigs, she’s too busy with Severide. Later, Severide, Kidd, Brett and Dawson are all at Molly’s and when Kidd and Severide walk in, Grant is there and he is really loaded.

Boden then calls Chief Tyberg and leaves a message for him in regards to Borelli.

He tells him that in order to save a life, he has to have his head on straight and Borelli goes off on Boden. Dawson doesn’t look too happy about the whole Susan thing.īoden calls Borelli into his office to talk about what happened on the last call with Borelli being so aggressive. Dawson gets back to the house and her and Casey get into an argument about what he had suggested earlier and he mentions that he is going to be off next shift because there is a public safety meeting in Springfield that Susan wants him to go to. He is told that if he wants to get out from under Boden that he will sign his pinks himself and have him transferred there in a heartbeat. She gets there and sees how perfect it is, but it is way over her budget, but she takes it anyways because she is pressed for time.īorelli goes to clean out Danny’s locker at 67 and when he is done, he talks to one of the guys there and asks what he thinks about the decisions made that day. Dawson then gets a call from the realtor and she is able to show her a place right now so Casey tells her to go ahead. She tells him that isn’t a good idea because they both know that’s not what he really wants. Casey overhears this and he tells her that there is a simpler solution, she can move back in with him. They are able to get his heart going again with a defibrillator.īack at the house, Dawson is looking at apartments that she can see sooner, but she is looking at backups. Borelli starts compressions, but he is doing them too quickly so Brett stops him and calms him down. A fire firefighter is pulled out but he isn’t suffering from any injuries or smoke inhalation, he is having a heart attack. Meanwhile, they get a call, its for ambulance 61 and it’s for a structure fire and there is a collapse in the building. Dawson gets a visitor, it’s the social worker and she gives Dawson two days to get into an apartment and set for Louie. He shows up to work like nothing is different and Boden asks to see him in his office, Borelli tells him that if it’s all the same, he would like to get changed and get to work.
